Short-let property management in Corby, Kettering & Northampton

We help landlords and property owners in Corby who are considering short-let or serviced accommodation, or who already let their property this way and want professional help running it.

Corby is a core area for North Rose Stays. If you own a house or apartment in or around the town, we can arrange a free property assessment to discuss whether short-let management is a sensible option for it.

For property owners in Kettering, we provide hands-on management of short-let and Airbnb-style properties on your behalf — guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination and keeping the property presented to an agreed standard.

You remain the owner and keep control of the key decisions. We take on the agreed day-to-day work and keep you informed.

We work with landlords and property owners in Northampton who want their serviced accommodation or short-let property managed professionally, without being tied to their phone.

Every property is different, so we start with a conversation and an assessment rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
